Estos días he podido aprovechar que estaba en Barcelona para hacer turismo e ir a alguna exposición. Barcelona siempre es una ciudad muy recomendable.
Al estilo de la exposición de fotoperiodisme Fragments d’un any, a nivel internacional se realiza 2012 WORLD PRESS PHOTO, donde se recopilan las fotografias que recogen los acontecimientos más destacados del año 2012 en el mundo.
La exposición es la actividad más conocida de 2012 World Press Photo y reúne las imágenes premiadas en las nueve categorías del concurso anual. En 2012, han participado fotógrafos de 124 países con un total de 101.254 imágenes.
Con esta exposición, al igual que con fotoperiodisme, el objetivo es inspirar la comprensión del mundo a través del fotoperiodismo de calidad, así lo lleva a cabo la Fundación Privada Photographic Social Vision organizando, por octavo año consecutivo, la exposición en el Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB)
